This is a sentence from a thank-you letter from a tourist who stayed in Nyalam County during the epidemic to the county party committee and county government. On August 7, after the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia in Nyalam County, in order to effectively ensure the service and security of the 68 people stranded in our county, the county party committee and the county government adhere to the people-centered approach and take protecting the health and life safety of tourists as an important task. , to treat the people under the county administration equally and make arrangements together to properly address the needs of stranded tourists in terms of living, medical care, transportation, etc., and has won unanimous praise from stranded tourists for their warm and thoughtful services. Make the tourists feel at ease. The stranded tourists are included in the key service guarantee objects, and a county-level cadre is arranged to lead party members and volunteers to provide door-to-door service as soon as possible, to understand the basic situation of tourists in detail, to register the information one by one and build a book, patiently explain the epidemic prevention policy, and carefully appease and ease emotions, so that everyone believes The party and the government, calm down and isolate and prevent and control. As of August 29, of the 68 stranded tourists in the county, except for one who was unwilling to return home, the remaining 67 had all left Tibet safely.
